Our guarantees

Why not #1?

No one can honestly promise you the #1 spot on Google, and Google itself warns against anyone who does. So we don’t. Instead we make specific promises you can check, with a remedy if we miss them: the 90-day promise on every SEO plan, and the Top 3 guarantee on SEO Pro.

The 90-day promise (every SEO plan)

On SEO Starter, SEO Growth and SEO Pro, you will be higher on Google for your tracked searches by day 90 of your plan. If you aren’t, your next month is free, and every month after that is free until you are.

On day 1 we check your tracked searches (the searches in your plan, for example “roofer Tucson”) on Google Maps, from the center of each city, and send you the results.
On day 90 we check the same searches the same way. “Higher” means your average position across those searches is better than on day 1. A search where you aren’t in the top 20 counts as position 21.
If you’re already in the top 3 for every tracked search on day 1, the promise is that you’re still in the top 3 on day 90.
If we miss it, we don’t charge you for month 4, or any month after it, until the monthly check shows you higher than on day 1.

The Top 3 guarantee (SEO Pro)

If you are on SEO Pro, your business will appear in the top 3 results on Google Maps (the “map pack”) for one main search within 6 months of your SEO Pro start date. If it doesn’t, your next month of SEO Pro is free, and every month after that is free until it does.

How the Top 3 guarantee works

We agree the search in writing in your first week. It is one search in the form “[service] [city]”, for example “roofer Tucson”, for a service you offer in a city where you have your business address or service area.
We check it every month with a local rank-tracking tool set to the center of that city, and send you the result in your monthly report. Results on your own phone can differ, because Google adjusts them to where each person is standing.
If you are not in the top 3 by the end of month 6, we don’t invoice you for month 7, or any month after it, until the monthly check shows you in the top 3.
Once you are in the top 3, the guarantee is met. If you drop out later, we keep working to get you back at no extra cost.

Conditions

Both promises apply when all of these are true:

Your plan is active and your payments are made on time.
Your Google Business Profile is verified and shows a real address or service area that covers the cities you want to be found in.
You add us as a Manager on your Google Business Profile in your first week and keep us as a Manager.
You give us what we ask for (photos, details of your services, answers to questions) within 10 working days.
Your profile is not suspended or restricted because of something outside our control, such as changes you make yourself or a breach of Google’s rules that we didn’t cause.

What they don’t cover

Neither promise is a promise of a particular position, number of visitors or number of calls. The Top 3 guarantee covers one agreed search; we track and report your other searches every month, but we don’t guarantee them. Both are free-months remedies, not cash refunds. The Top 3 guarantee does not apply to SEO Starter, SEO Growth.
